Jeanne SaxonOffice manager Jeanne Saxon has been part of the Matthews Animal Clinic staff for more than 38 years. A native of Iowa, Jeanne moved to Charlotte when she was 15 years old. A devoted Carolina Panthers fan, Jeanne can be found at a Panthers game when she's not working. Jeanne has two dogs, Coal and Blue, and six cats, Waddy, Sixty, Max, Remus, Coffee and Storm. She also enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Lisa SiddersOriginally from Athens, Ohio, front office manager Lisa Sidders has worked at Matthews Animal Clinic since 1991. Lisa is proud to work with the knowledgeable vets and caring staff at the clinic and loves talking to clients and their pets.

When she's not at work, Lisa can be found reading, walking, and spending time with her two daughters. Her four dogs, cockatiel, and cat also keep her busy.

Faye HonigmanA receptionist at Matthews Animal Clinic since 1991, Faye Honigman is proud of the high-quality care provided at the hospital and loves the family-like atmosphere in the clinic. When she's not at work, Faye can be found spending time with her grandchildren, hiking, canoeing and tubing.

Patrica PowellReceptionist Patty Powell was a client at Matthews Animal Clinic for 35 years before she joined the staff in 2005. The care and attention the doctors and staff provide to patients has always impressed Patty.

Patty is active in breeding and showing dogs. She is a pet sitter and groomer in her spare time. She is also a member of the Siberian Husky Club of America, the Charlotte Dog Training Club and the Central North Carolina Siberian Husky Club. Patty also is a trainer with Charlotte Dog Training. She has five Siberian Huskies of her own, named Grayboy, Lily, Vanna, Ella, and Dayzee. Patty's other hobbies include watching her son's baseball games, gardening and spending time at the lake.

Megan RobinsonA receptionist at Matthews Animal Clinic since 2001, Megan Robinson loves working with animals and enjoys the hospital's friendly, caring work environment. Megan likes to spend her free time with her fiancé, Brandon, and their daughter, Madison. She is currently attending Queens University of Charlotte Presbyterian School of Nursing to pursiue an associate of science in nursing, and has completed her certification as a North Carolina certified nursing aid. When she is not busy with her family and studying, Megan enjoys running. Her pets include two cats, Flounder and Samhain; four dogs, Domino, Brown Sugar, Marley, and Pixie; and one rabbit.

Shirley VanCampReceptionist Shirley VanCamp joined the Matthews Animal Clinic staff in July 2007 after 14 years as a client at the hospital. She has worked in the animal care field for more than 14 years and is actively involved in showing and breeding dogs along with obedience training.

Shirley is a member of a number of kennel clubs, including the Southeastern Bloodhound Club, the Carolina PBGV Club, the Golden Retriever Club of America, the American Bloodhound Club and the PBGV Club of America. In addition to 12 dogs that keep her busy, Shirley also cares for her cat and a fish named Roger. Her hobbies are spending time with friends and family, Panthers football, trailing with the Behind the Hounds Trailing Club and competing in AKC events.
